At the age of 10, a friend of mine and an architect as well told me his principles: the cost of an architect should be balanced out by cost effenciency of used materials, creative, but cost efficient ideas and strict calculation to keep in budget. All at the same time by guaranteeing the highest quality and the most stunning architectural effect. 

These principles he gave me anchored deep in my mind and build nowadays the basis of my work.
